Gaparator ERS External Rotary Screen & Gaparator CRS Compacting Rotary Screw
Gap Technology Ltd were commissioned to design, manufacture, supply and install the primary stage of this brand new AD treatment plant for a internationally recognised malster supplying the global market.
Our scope of work for this project comprised the Gaparator External Rotary Screen (ERS) situated at the top of the platform to provide a gravity liquids discharge into the adjacent balanced tank with a Gaparator Compacting Rotary Screw (CRS) press situated at ground level.
All interconnecting hoppers, chutes, transfer tank, associated pipe work and pump were fabricated and installed by Gap Technology Ltd, including the design, manufacture and the erection of the 7 Metre high access platform with mid landing.
