Woven Wire Screens
Woven Wire Screens, Wire Mesh Screens and Harp Screens are produced of steel wires, pre-crimped and most often produced from abrasion resistance high tensile steel for sorting purposes.

Our extensive range of woven wire screens and wire mesh sieves comprise high-tensile heavy-duty screens complete with tensioning hooks, both lengthways and crossways with a double crimp arrangement. As well as Woven Wire Screens, we also specialise in a range of stainless steel woven cloth screens that cater for a wide range of applications across a broad spectrum of industrial sectors.

Our Woven Wire screens are supplied in rolls (wire screens) with a maximum diameter up to 3.5mm and in formats (wire screens, harp screens, non-metallic screens).
Woven Wire Screens
Woven Wire Screens with Rectangular Mesh
Woven Wire Screens with a Rectangular Mesh is the most common widespread wire screen for sorting of loose materials applications. These types of woven wire screens are clamped lengthways and transversely by means of tensioning bars and gibs for various types of welts or the side slats and wedges or liners with screws.
Woven Wire Screens, Smooth-One-Side with Square or Rectangular Mesh
These Woven Wire Screens are used sorting loose materials the screens are produced with firm position of wires and can be used as a support screen for filter cloths. The woven wires screens are tensioned lengthways and transversely by the welts or is wedged with the smooth side always on the top.
Double Crimp Woven Wire Screens with Square and Rectangular Mesh
With a more precise shape of mesh, stronger screen structure is welded by means of tensioning gibs, these double crimp woven wire screens are also used for sorting low density materials.
Woven Wire Screens with Intermediate Crimp with Square or Rectangular Mesh
With a great ratio between mesh size and wire diameter, the structure is not very rigid and usually placed inside a frame, these woven wire screens are suitable for various covers, grids and is also exceptionally suited for sorting low density materials.
Woven Wire Screens Pressure Welded with Square or Rectangular Mesh
The wires are pressure welded at all crossings which guarantee the precise mesh size and strong construction, these type of woven wire screens are exceptionally suited for sorting materials with wedge-shaped grains and loose materials.
Harp Screens
Harp Screen with Horizontally Crimped Longitudinal Wires
Lengthways horizontally crimped wires create approximately square holes, which allow relatively precise sorting even for grains of flat or spiky shape. It’e self-cleaning ability is created by the oscillation of the longitudinal wires. Ideal for sorting of dry and wet difficult separable materials with spherical or cubic grains of a flat and spiky shape.
Harp Screens with Straight Wires and Polyurethane Reinforcement
Lengthways straight wires and enlacements form long rectangular mesh; self-cleaning ability is created by the oscillation of the lengthways wires avoiding the screen choking and due the large free open area the screen has high sorting performance but a shorter lifespan. Ideal for sorting of dry and especially wet, highly argillaceous and other difficult materials with spherical or cubic shape grain.
Harp Screens with Vertically Crimped Longitudinal Wires
Lengthways vertically crimped wires and enlacements form rectangular mesh and with it’s self-cleaning ability these screens are ideal for sorting of dry and wet difficult separable materials with spherical or cubic grain shapes and not suitable for sorting of oblong shape grains.
Harp Screens with Horizontally Crimped and Straight Longitudinal Wires
Triangular holes are made by means of lengthways horizontally crimped and straight wires. The screen construction does not allow over-tensioning during the assembly. These screens can hold higher layer of material and ideal for sorting of large volumes of dry and wet difficultly separable materials with spherical or cubic grain shapes and also flat or spiky shaped grains.
