Dunbia Meats are a market leader in the production and supply of meat products. Supplied by over 30,000 British and Irish farmers, delivering the best. Within the Beef, Lamb and Pork abbatoir, the client required the design, manufacture and installation of an Internal Rotary Screen and Compacter.

We designed and manufactured the Gaparator IRS 9-200 to handle 100m3/hr with a transfer tank. Our Internal Rotary Screens range provides numerous configurations and can be tailored to suit bespoke requirements. The Gaparators are supplied complete, with removable covers and safety switches, Isolator stop/start control panels and incorporated overflow facilities with level sensors.

The benefit of our Gaparator IRS 9-200 is that it provides confined solids discharge, ideally suited for direct feeds into a compactor / compacting rotary screw system for further handling.

The Gaparator CRS 250 compacter was chosen to handle 2.5 tonne per hour. Our Compactors (Compacting Rotary Screw) / Waste Water Screening Machines utilise a precision compactors / rotating screw system, conveying solids through a highly efficient wedge wire filter chamber.

Gap Technology can design Compactors (Compacting Rotary Screw) to suit requirements of tonnage capacity and discharge length requirements. Our range of Compactors / Compacting Rotary Screws, Waste Water Screening Machine equipment compacts and reduces the volume of solid material for ease of transportation and the reduction in waste disposal costs.
